Construction Managers, SupervisorsConstruction Managers plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Construction managers participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. This includes specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing. It also includes general superintendents, project managers, and constructors who manage, coordinate, and supervise the construction process.
